What's a solution session? It's where we share solutions that will improve efficiency of volunteer positions during Oktoberfest. Not the things that need to change, but the tactics that will solve them. Here's a great example: a kitchen volunteer gave us the advice "Put the steam table bins in the same order as the printed ticket, so we're not moving back and forth, looking up and down on the paper, to fill an order. This saves time and reduces mistakes."
We'll start at 6pm and stay as long as you have solutions to share. Our discussion will be casual and held at the home of a member inside the I-270 outerbelt. We'll have food and drinks, too!
Those who register for the event will get an email with the location. (Call it super-secret if you want, but we don't publish member addresses online.)
