Regional Dinner
Come visit us in Westfalen!
This area is part of the State NordRhein-Westfalen. It includes three government districts of Arnsberg, Münster and Detmold.
We will start with a salad. The main course will be Westfälische Rindsrouladen, a little different than the pickle wrapped in beef rouladen many are familiar with having in the past. The dessert brings back a favorite, Westfälische Götterspeise. This incredible dessert is made with toasted dark Pumpernickel bread. This bread is originally from the Westfalen region.
Frank Perin, a Germania member, will also be brining his famous Sour dough Bread.
Friday: Doors open at 6:00 p.m., dinner is served around 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $30.00 (includes dinner and a glass of wine or beer; additional drinks are extra.
The dinner is limited to 22 people.
Reservations must be in by noon on Thursday, July 14th.
