Kevin Ely National Beer Judge, Brewmaster and owner of Wooly Pig Farm Brewery will teach the finer points of tasting . This hands on class will consist of three flights and each flight will have 3 known samples. We will learn how to see, smell and taste each sample as well as comparing each beer style on the flight. There will be a brief recess between classes while the teachers pets wash the glasses.

To respect the process, palate cleansing crackers and water will be served. After school, there will be a light after school snack, followed by a graduation ceremony complete with graduation cake! (cake by Linda)
